Tradition, quality, reliability — from the sun-drenched fields between the Amalfi and Cilento coasts to the world's tables.
What we produce with quality and passion
Our tomatoes grown in the fertile and sunny fields of southern Italy are slowly watered. We collect them when their red color is intense and their skin is shiny and turgid, during the maximum ripening period between July and September.
The tomato that has reached the right ripeness is harvested through machines equipped with an optical selector and loaded onto trucks arriving at our plant in Pontecagnano in just a few hours.
Only the best tomatoes, chosen by our optical graders and various wash cycles, are processed. Every batch is carefully screened before entering the production line.
After eliminating the excess liquid, the refining machines separate the skins and seeds from the tomato juice — preserving only the purest essence of the fruit.
The final product is put into specific packaging for each product — the glass bottle for passata, the can for whole peeled tomatoes, ensuring the perfect fit for every variety.
Steam sterilized containers are filled, closed with special lids, and subjected to quality control to ascertain that every single unit is fit to leave the establishment.
